No one would rent me a uhaul at any location because my license is â€œexpiredâ€ even though the government clearly states my license should still be valid. I also told the person that I was picking up the U-Haul from that I did not want to pay extra for â€œsafe arrivalâ€ but I was still charged extra for it.farhan K.

Love the online check in and out however getting to the location then waiting for authorization which the clearly told us can take up to an hour is the only thing we didn't like. Authorization should've been processed upon booking no?Kristoffer I.

The attendant who worked at the gas station was nice and professional but had no idea what to do about the car tow. I was under the impression that since someone attached my car that another Uhaul employee was supposed to unhook my car as I was not informed of how to. I had to figure it out on my own and even call someone myself to help. One of the chains at the bottom was stuck to my car so the only thing we could do was unhook it from the tow. Currently it is wrapped up under my car and will stay there. I was stuck at the location for over an hour with no help from Uhaul. I was lucky I moved back to a city where I knew someone who could help, especially with the Covid pandemic. After 2 days of driving I was beyond frustrated. Additionally, my car doors (front and back) could not open when the car was on the tow bed because the bed's wheels were blocking them . I had to crawl out of my trunk. Not an issue for me, but something to think about for the future.nicole M.

I asked you to refund me the $25 I had to pay my client because you did not have the blankets at your location. It cost me an hour's labour, and also extra kms because I had to drive from the pick up location, to a different location. You need to deduct the mileage from the two locations, refund my $25 lost wages, in addition to the good fait $10 you already credited. You did not take my email seriously and I am beyond angry. FIX THIS to my liking. You cost me money, time and reputation.Nadia S.
Truck could have been cleaner, both inside the cab and outside. The 24/7 check-in with my cell phone didn't work properly. I needed to spend a long time on the phone with one of your agents to complete the process (she was excellent).John H.
This was the worst experience I have ever had. The staff at the location had no idea what to do when we showed up to pick up the truck. It took over an hour and call to 2 different people at Uhaul to be able to get the truck. The staff at the location had absolutely no idea what to do and they did not try to help us or apologize they just kept saying we can't help you, you have to do everything online but online said I had to go to the counter for pick up and the staff just kept saying we can't help you. It was a nightmare. Then when we returned the truck they told us we couldn't return it there and they didn't know how to return it. They finally took the key and then we got an email that we were being charged an extra day when we had brought it back a day early, they also charged us for gas when we had put more in then we needed to. Both of the last issues I mentioned were taken care of but this is still not acceptable, we were told we would be refunded $40 because we were charged for a day that we didn't use the truck, but that is all they did. No compensation what so ever for the nightmare we went through to get the truck. Before the day we were suppose to pick up the truck I had called the location several times and left messages because I wanted to make sure the pick up went smoothly and I wasn't sure I would be able to go to the pick up and I wanted to make sure I could send someone else. No one ever called me back ever, they just ignored my calls. When I called uhaul corporate I got someone in the USA who had to keep checking what the process was, it took over 30 mins to get the info she should have just known. This entire process was a nightmare, thank goodness I was able to go to pick up the truck or we wouldn't have even been able to get the truck at all. I will never rent from Uhaul again and I will make sure anyone who is thinking about renting from you knows what happened to us. I have said this to every uhaul rep I have spoken to, uhaul needs to pull their trucks from this location. The excuse I got was the only person that knows how to do the rentals called in sick, that is not acceptable, why is only one person trained also I called multiply times before the day I picked up the truck and never received a call back so the person that is trained also has no clue and gives poor customer service.Les V.
