The location was closed when we dropped off our truck. The APP walked us through the return. We were unsure where to park the truck.

This is a terrible location for a U-Haul rental. There is not much room to park the trucks. One very nice gentleman runs the giant thrift store/ U-Haul rental which means he's too busy to deal with customers. I did all my check in online and it still took over 40 minutes to pick up the truck. They have poor internet service and could not complete the check-in properly. The truck was not washed. It ran like crap. The check engine light was on. Never again.
Richard TNo one was at the location at the time of our pick up. Thankfully i had the customer service number and she was able to help. I had to do a mobile check in. When we finally got everything checked in there was no key in the box. Customer service was able to get in touch with the site manager who put the key in a different box without informing anyone.
