The only problem is that my appliance dolly was not in the truck and when I used the utility dolly uhaul attempted to charge me. This is my only issue.

Enforce the no smoking policy. The truck that I rented smelled of smoke. We had to ride with the windows down in the dead of winter. That is how bad it was.
Brenda K.Customer service was excellent. The agents were very accommodating and helpful. However, the truck was dirty and in disrepair. The ignition would not start unless rigged. I was advised (to my shock) that U-haul corporate refuses to repair it because the truck still cranks! Wow! Faulty ignitions put customers' safety at risk.
