No one was at location when I arrived to drop trailer off. I returned the next day. No one was there then either. I did talk to someone via phone and was able to leave trailer. I took several pictures at the drop off location.

HERMAN L.Melinda, in customer care with Uhaul, is a disservice to Uhaul. When calling with the location change, gave me very poor options. She chastised me for interrupting her. After I listened to her discourse, I told her she was womansplainiing to me and she hung up on me. The next care agent was very professional and helped me navigate the changes Uhaul had made. I have used Uhaul for years, and have thankfully, never had any Uhaul employee treat me as Melinda did. All other Uhaul agents performed professionally on this move. Melinda gave the strong impression that she did not care.
