Quick service hooking up the trailer and getting the rental paperwork ready. The main U-Haul reservation person had promised a call when the equipment came in because I had been waiting a couple of days for it. I didn't get a call, but was able to pick it up a half day earlier than the stated reservation time because I spotted the trailer on the lot when I drove by. Would suggest U-Haul do a better job of notifying customers who are waiting for equipment to arrive at a pick-up location.
