The one tire on the trailer was smaller then the others and it was leaking air. It feel apart on the highway. This was on a Easter Sunday .We sat on the side of the road for 5 hours waiting for help. Tis is a mess try it sometime.

Trash was all inside the trailer that had to be cleaned out after I meet to pick up the trailer. It was already reserved and paid for. They did not have a furniture mover, already paid for as well, and my bill still doesn't reflect that charge being removed.

Person called to confirm, he was nice. No in-person contact with personnel, which is fine as apparently people don't believe there is a pandemic in Hartsville. Parking was limited. It was just fine, nothing special. Needed more UHaul signage.

When renting the trailer, I was told I would get a refund for the 2 day rental if I returned within one day. I returned in less than 24 hrs and was told when I returned that I would not be refunded. Very frustrating to hear from a customer's perspective. Please refund me for the day I did not use as originally promised by the sales rep I rented the trailer from. Uhaul should honor the expectation set by it's employees.
