Contact number in the haul paperwork did not work. The number posted on the gate to contact for drop-offs no one answered ( I left a message and no-one called me back). There was a code required to enter the gate, we got lucky and a truck driver let us into there drop off facility. If the trucker did not let us in, we would not have been able to drop off the trailer. This not a 24hr drop off facility as described in the app when I booked. I will not drop off at this location again.

Patrick CWe called the number since we had issues with the app loading and the person who answered the phone, Alex, only told us "what does that have to do with me?" Would've been nice if he just said something like "Hey, I can't do much about the app sometimes you just have to wait."

Owen SWhen returning the car dolly no one seemed to know what they was doing. I was told that they don’t unhook the car dolly and was given the run around.. if I was waiting for the people to call me back I would still be waiting since he never returned my call. The man in the office did go ahead and in hook my car. This had to be the worst experience I have had with U-Haul and if I had an option I would definitely NOT use either location again
