I placed my order on-line and used the quick check-in form on-line. When I arrived to p/u the trailer, it was as though I had not filled out any info. I was asked for same info I had already completed. I was at the p/u location for 35 minutes.

Pre-registering online seems like a waste of time if the store check-in person asks almost everything all over again. Mel did a great job finding me a larger truck, even though it was almost one hour away.

I got a call from my family and found out the were unnecessarily rude to my grandmother. This is ridiculous. They questioned how she got it anywhere because she didn’t back it up. Frankly, that’s none of their business. Uhaul, you clearly need to work on customer service.

Uhaul rental seems to just be a distraction to regular line of business which is auto sound systems here and a car mechanic garage at where we dropped it off. Person who checked us in got distracted by sound system customers and mistakenly added a 2nd dolly to my bill ($10), and when I told her, she said the Uhaul dealer I return the truck to would need to "take that off." Really?

The vehicle had what looked to be cat hair or some type of pets hair all over the seat. Otherwise, the staff was awesome and I definitely would recommend them to everyone that needs moving services.

Nothing really was bad just system errors and what not, other than that I believe it was all good, I do think they took my payment twice though, I thought I paid when I did the reservation but I was asked to provide info again, it may have just been verification but other than that superb, was taken care of very well

I was told that as long as I returned my van before the store opened on Monday that I would not be charged for the 2nd day... SO, I did not rush (since I did feel like it mattered) and returned the truck on Sunday evening and WAS charged the a total of $85.00 for a truck I only used for approximately 2 hrs and traveled 22 miles. The girls were very friendly but did not do what they said they would do. I would NEVER use this location again.

It's crap that I told the company I only needed the truck for one day but 3day usage was forced on me. What slippingse should've been maybe $250 turned outto be over$500 because they "thought"I'd have to have the truck for 3days. And as I told them, I had the truck returnedin 24 hours. Now the bigger crock, I had to drive to one locationto get the truck, leave my car to drive to another location to get a car hauler 20 miles away, then drive that 20 miles back to get my car, then drive 20 miles back to be able to load the truck. All that fuel and mileage wasted and I hadn't even startedmy trip yet. U haul really needs to rethink how their operations works because right now their thinking sucks and is seriously ripping off customers

I reserved a 17' truck for Saturday 03/03/2018 for in town use all day. The U-H Rep asked me if I wanted to come as early as 7:00 to pick it up and I agreed to do so since I had rented it for 24 hrs. When I got to the U-H on Broadway at 8:30 the lady told me that she had given it to someone else because I wasn't there at 7:00. She said that she tried to call me but I showed her the call log on my phone for Missed Calls and the U-H phone number wasn't on my phone, just one missed call from my next door neighbor. The rep called another U-H dealer and reserved a truck for me at 2:00 and the U-H dealer at Sound Advice didn't have the truck back until 2:30 and issued to me at 2:50 for me to use. This is totally unacceptable service, I gave my Credit Card payment for the truck use and if I didn't pick the truck up then my CC should have been debited and it would have been my loss because I failed to pick up the truck. NOT give my rental to someone else when I had all day use and didn't pick the unit up until an hour or so after 7:00, NO ONE TOLD ME THAT I HAD TO GET IT AT 7:00 OR IT WOULD BE GIVEN TO SOMEONE ELSE, IT'S NOT IN THE PAPERWORK THAT THIS WOULD BE DONE. U-HAUL OWES ME FOR MY DELAYS AND INCONVENIENCE. I MAY SEEK LEGAL ASSISTANCE AGAINST U-HAUL YET.
