Advise them if using Moving Help that they watch and supervise the loading process. Make sure they use the furniture blankets you rented. Mine did not and there was damage to some of my furniture that did not have a scratch on it before they touched it.
Rosa THave your office open when it says it is and give your customers paying a ton of money to rent trucks more respect and understanding. I was given a truck expecting 20 feet of moving space not 15 feet plus the cab of the truck. That is false advertisement to the extreme. I couldn’t even fit all of my stuff into the truck like it should have fit when I rented the truck I needed.
Erica WDropbox was not clearly indicated. There was a note on door that dropbox was to my left, but that drop box was for the storage facility and not for U-Haul. Took 30 minutes to get customer service and they directed me to the U-Haul drop box. The customer service person was very helpful.
Floyd BNot having someone there to talk to was not helpful because there were charges I couldn’t ask about or dispute. I had to pay them even though I didn’t know why I was being charged them.
