I reserved my truck thru the Uhaul web site and indicated that I would pick the truck up at 7:15 am on a Sunday morning. K's Fuel Stop doesn't have anyone working there to cover rentals until 8am. This delay caused me to arrive 30 minutes late to an event where i was selling my work and may have resulted in lost sales. Some how the uhaul web site has to make it clear the hours of operation of the local site. If I request a pick up time that can't be supported locally there should be a warning banner or something.

Had stopped at several Uhaul locations, all out of units. Got in touch with another dealer in Methuen who also did not have a unit for rent (busy day in the neighborhood!) He volunteers to contact other locations, finds one unit at another location and reserves for me while I was on hold. That is terrific service.

Only complaint would be that when filling out the rental application online it asked for a estimated time needed. That turned into a tight deadline that I was told about when picking up the truck. Had to bring the truck back at 2pm. The next renter was picking it up at 2:15pm?? Made the experience rather stressful. If the deadline is always that tight it should be explained better.

U-haul location was great, awesome representatives of U-Haul customer service. You however, U-Haul, are a gianormous pain in my buns, due to you sending several relocation emails to a town 15 miles away despite the confirmation email confirming i booked within my intended city. You caused a lot of confusion and hassle.

Clerk was friendly and check-in was quick and easy. However, was not told the doors automatically lock when closed. Left the keys on the seat and was locked out. Clerk had to drive to another location to pick up a spare key. She was then told there was no spare key to unlock the cargo van and wasted a trip there and her time. Brought two people back with her with and a jimmy to attempt to unlock the door. After 25min, they were unsuccessful unlocking the door. Finally, they called Triple AAA to come and unlock the door which took no more than 30 seconds. I was planning to leave at 8am and did not leave until 11am. I had already lost 3 hours and had to drive 400 miles that day. The cargo van was clean but smelled like it had been at a farm. None of the outlets worked to charge my cell phone or laptop. For a location that rents these vans on a daily/weekly basis, I was not the first nor the last customer that has locked the keys in a rental before. Not having a spare key available for situations like this was not acceptable. I will not use this location again or recommend U-Haul to my friends or business colleagues.

The person handling the truck pickup was excellent at her job. She was by herself in the store and had a lot of customers in the store for various requests. Sorry I didn't get her name but wanted to note that she handled a busy situation without issue while still providing excellent customer service to all. This was Sunday afternoon 5/20/18 at aprox. 4:45PM.

Terrible way to do business! I made a reservation for Derry, NH. The reservation was changed to Manchester, NH. That wouldn't work for us. UHaul (at our request) changed reservation to Salem, NH. Got to Salem, NH and they didn't have a truck for us. Sent us to another location 1/2 mile up the street. That location had 1 truck and would not rent it to us. Went back to Salem, NH, learned they gave us wrong address :(. Then sent us to THIRD LOCATION, K's Fuel Stop, where we were able to FINALLY get a truck. Wasted 90+minutes of our time. Original reservation was for 11:30 a.m., wasn't able to secure a truck until 1:20 p.m. We were very late for our appointment and this messed up our entire day. Awful, awful, awful experience. I'm sure you can check our reservation history to see how many times it was changed. I have never been the victim of such an inept business. The entire experience was so frustrating it brought me to tears. Never again will I give you my business UHaul.

There was an issue returning the truck. They went to leave the store to inspect the truck and the tablet showed my reservation had not even been picked up yet. Even though I signed the paperwork they printed out and she did ask the required steps. Another worker said that it happens sometimes, and to try to refresh the page. She did, then tried on the PC, but found the same thing. A third worker got involved. That's not good customer experience because of uHaul's computer system.
