Wasn't able to extend my rental through the app as I was told upon pickup and they reported it as a no return and come to recover it had to reload in the rain as I was clearly still using the truck. I never received an email,phone call,text message stating that they were coming to get the truck very unprofessional and extremely poor customer service. my initial payment was paid in full and the card was still on file to charge for the extra day was only one day overdue even though I was told I can renew it for as many days on the app as needed

randolph kThe truck's passenger seat had muddy dog prints on it. The driver/passenger cabin needed to be cleaner. The biggest problem is the limited hours of the office operation, further complicated by the overly complicated UHaul remote app check-in and check-out procedure. If the UHaul app worked properly, the office hours (closed early evenings and weekends) wouldn't be a problem. But the app shut down repeatedly when entering the information at check-in, requiring numerous startovers and finally a lengthy phone conversation. The check-in and check-out by phone required an hour each. UHaul should invest in streamlining and simplifying the remote smartphone check-in process. You would see an enormous return on this investment!
