The truck was ready to go. The facility was clean. Courteous customer service.
JERMAINE WThe person working the counter was not there when I arrived and there was another lady there as well who stated she had just spoken to him. He returned to open the door and impersonal. In addition, when I returned to drop off the truck 3 hours later he approached the door, locked it and proceeded to walk to the back so I had to wait for his return again.
JOANN EI adore this location. They made a hard move so much easier. Thank you U-Haul family for taking care of us. I will definitely be returning back to this location specifically for any of my U-Haul needs in Henderson.
