When I went to get the truck the gentleman explained everything and it was a little mix up on the gas that need to be put back into the truck, he handled it all before I left with the truck so yes I will be back to rent again from this area he was on top of everything, very professional

The gas hand was broken, I refilled the tank completely because I thought it required more gas which cost me an additional 45$ the mileage was off by 37 miles. I know this to be true because my mom followed me for every trip to my new place with the fragile items I didn't want to put on back of the truck. The gentleman seemed decent when renting & I truly thought he would've fixed the issue by now. I'm disappointed with the service I feel ripped off.I informed him of my distance and gas issue. Improvements would be to schedule maintenance to make sure the customer is charged fairly and that the trucks aren't defective

your online reservations have to stop redirecting peoples pick up change ! every time i book i pick a location, than, i get a reservation and they changed the pick up location, please stop that, it frustrates the customer.

I was given a truck with a dead battery. I was told not to worry about refueling and to keep the vehicle running given the battery was dead. Then I was charged 17 dollars for fuel. Please refund my 17 dollars.
