I ordered to dollys. Got home opened the truck and they were not there. I called U-Haul customer service 5 times and it kept just hanging up on me. So I waited until 9 and Went back to the store opened to get them. I got there at 9, they guy who opened the store didn't show up until 9:10. I know it's not that big of a deal to most people. But I was paying for movers by the hour and time is money. When he did help me He said they only had one available. He said he would take care of the bill and make sure I was only billed for one. I was billed for two. When we returned at 2 the guy was again not there.Kaylee B.

At check in the rep was rude and short. When we returned the vehicle a different rep was very courteous and pleasant to deal with, even when he had a lot of people. The inside of the cab was dirty from someone's dirty feet.CALVIN B.

Well you could make sure that it is ready when you have it set to where and when it is to be picked up. I went in to days before to make sure that everything was good since I had ordered it on line. That part went great, but yesterday when it was to be there and ready guess what, it wasn't they said oh you have to go to a different location. So I told the lady no it was to be here. She then told me that she would see if she could just give us one from her location. I had ordered it for that location since my storage unit was the and I was moving everything out and wanted it close. So next time I will order again and I will again go in to that location for the one I pick which will BE in March, and I hope that it is better. We only had the truck for about 2 hrs. they said make sure to fill it back up and it was but it used $16.00 worth of gas for a 7 mile trip. They were told by my son ether they marked it on the paper wrong or they need to have it checked right but it is now full even though it was not full when we got it but it was when it got dropped back off. So no I was not very happy.Brenda S.

We contacted this location and they were so great and friendly. We were part of a Make-A-Wish event for a Halloween Drive-through event for terminal terminally sick children and their families. We had contacted this location and asked if U-Haul would be willing to donate the cost for this service. Make a wish operates primarily on donations. Is this something Uhaul could help with?MANDI T.
I am not sure. It the mobile check in was awful. It took 30 minutes to be validated and to get the key. I am not sure if this is a location issue or overall issue with mobile pick up. I have never used it before and never will again. This was due to pick up being on a Sunday.Chandler E.
The truck had soda all over the seats, there was grease on the passenger seat, you couldn't see out the windshield and there was no washer fluid in the truck. I spent the first 30 minutes getting the truck clean enough to use. The truck itself was great, had plenty of power, cruise control worked, it downshifts automatically to help you slow down on hills or stopping and really enjoyed the low ramp to load it with.Bruce M.
I go out of my way to use this U-Haul location. They treat you like a valued customer and the equipment and supplies are clean and priced as shown on the U-Haul website. Don't go to the U-Haul dealer on Redwood Rd. in South Jordan, they rip you off and don't care about you as a customer.PETER G.

My comment is not about the Herriman location; it is about the Oquirrh Mountain location in West Jordan. In August I rented a truck and a car carrier. It was a painful experience. The woment there, especially the senior one,seemed scater-brained and not particularly competent. Compared to the Herriman location, it was a long, convoluted process to get all the paper work finished.at West Jordan. I would avoid doing ;business at the West Jordan location in the future. I was told the truck had 3/4 tank of gas When I picked it up but it was shy of 3/4 and I took a picture to prove it. I drove the truck only 45 miles and added $16 of gas to get it up to where it was when I got it. Someone added another $16 to get it to 3/4. I wasn't told this was going to happen. I filled the truck up to where it was when I got it and should not have paid another $16. This location gouged me. I'll not recommend this location.Jason H.
