I was well satisfied but somewhat question the $19.95 daily rental advertisement. Although one fee was voluntary, i ended up paying in excess of $70.

People we spoke to at the Lebanon & Hershey locations were both friendly and knowledgeable.
Drove way out of our way to get the auto transport (which is fine) but we picked it up, drove to where we needed to pick up the vehicle but it didn't even remotely fit. So not only was I out $70 but also my time and gas, for no reason. Something should have came up saying the vehicle combination wouldn't work.

i reserved a 26' truck and got a 20' truck which made my entire move more miserable, but the location was fine. I don't know who is responsible for this, but it really sucked
