The passenger side back light was out. Otherwise the rental went smoothly and the trailer was clean and aligned with our needs.

God the way it was
DONLD BPicked a local spot and was told to go to this other location instead…40 minutes total in the wrong direction. Rented furniture mats and still had to pick those up from the other location, since the lumbar store never gave them to me. I was never told this. Waited forever at Wiley location for assistance. Guy at lumbar store didn’t seem very friendly. App timed out while taking photos at drop off and completely closed out. Not sure if everything was completed.
Trischa TThey kept me waiting there, while they tried to figure out the Uhaul system for 20 minutes while I was attempting to get underway on the remainder of my travels. They acted like I was trying to pull something over on them. Wouldn't even explain their issue or look at the Uhaul emails I was trying to show them.
