I find it interesting that I drove a total of 14 miles, put 2 gallons of fuel in the truck before returning it yet you still charged me $4.00 for added fuel. So the truck only gets 4 miles per gallon? I think you owe me for the fuel charge, don't you?

Just told me to drop the car dolly in the back of the building, non secured area, very dirty, had to call U Haul 800 number, they talked to the store cashier so she would confirm that I did in fact drop the dolly there, I took pictures of the area, and building just in case it came up missing. The location I was supposed to drop off at was at the ACE hardware at the corner of Robert Rd and Rome Hilliard RD. BIG MESS!

This location needs to be clear that some vehicles are in the front and some are in the back. Wasted a lot of time figuring that out.

I had a reservation for over a month for a certain size truck. I was contacted the day prior and offer the next largest truck at the same rate which I agreed too. When I arrived at the lot they had two trucks in the size I originally wanted. When I asked why I couldn’t get those trucks I was told because those customers had a reservation. So I guess that meant my reservation meant nothing. I had issues with the link I was sent to check in and their personally could not and we’re not interested in assisting me.

Location changed at the last minute, and computer errors made for huge delays picking up the trailer. They kept getting our time wrong, then they told us we needed a hitch check, then that we didn't... wasted so much of our time.

Big problems! Never received any paperwork from them! I was told that I needed that for proof of rental if stopped by law enforcement. It took them an hour to get me on my way! She added the $25 insurance, when I told her that I did not want it! Cheryl at customer service added that to some notes on mt account.

Even after checking in online to save time, I still had to wait & since it’s a convenience market they were cashing out several other customers right in front of me. I suggest to go elsewhere even if they have the equipment you need. You’ve been warned!

Truck was mostly clean but there was dirt tracked on the floor boards that had not been wiped out. I'm a firm believer in cleaning and filling the tank before returning to show the next person the respect you were given.

The 24/7 express check-in process to pick up the vehicle was a nightmare. I was at the location to pick up the vehicle. During the online 24/7 express check-in process, the online system kept give me a different pick up location that was 15 minutes away. I called customer service and the wait time was about 30 minutes. Eventually, I had to select the different pick up location and received the code for the lock box from the original location. The 24/7 express check-in is a great idea, but the on-line software system has a lot of bugs.

I paid cash and they charged me on my credit card as well. Now they refuse to refund the cash. I went to speak to the cashier and he refused to help me out and was yelling all the time. He was willing to escalate the situation into an altercation.

Location was close to my home and people we very nice. It was a little hard to find due to it being in the middle of a strip of stores and the address is hard to see on the building. Maybe more signs for them so customers can easily locate them.

The online booking froze on my phone and the agent had to complete it on his end. This could be improved, but otherwise, everything was smooth.
