Not charge for gas not used. I was charged for 2 gallons of gas despite only driving 16 miles. That works out to 8 mpg. I'm sure the van got at least 13-14 mpg if not better. Other then that, no complaints.Stephan B.
My wife and I had a great experience renting our U-Haul. The staff was very nice and all the equipment was in good condition, I would absolutely recommend U-Haul to everyone.CRAIG V.
The brakes needed replaced, the mileage charge was absolutely to expensive. the rental was $35 but the mileage was $140 for 75miles, that is ridiculous.:-(JAMES LORAY S.

Make the process easier from start to finish. There is an unfortunate lack of â€œCustomer Serviceâ€, where you can actually speak with a human being! The online process of returning a truck after hours, need a good deal of technical support to revamp your system. The gal that helped me when I picked up the truck however, was one of the best at her job that I have encountered!Colene H.

I got 3 calls back to back from an authorized dealer saying I could not return equipment to corporate store and threatened to charge me for 3 more days because I returned to the closest store to my storage facility.
