Location wasn't open on time. Called the number 15 mins afterwards and was told he would be there "soon". Shows up and helps another customer who called him before I did. Then informs me my truck isn't there but that he had another one available. Comes back 15 mins later and says " you're good to go" without any walk through with us or going over any information or paperwork. Took more than an hour past the promised pick up time to get my rental and the owner promptly left the premises directly behind me. I will never use another third part U-Haul rental company again.

Bontina NLocation very hard to locate. In a group of buildings with no indication of where exact drop off area was. Finally noticed a small U-Haul key box by an office door.

Jordan NCouldn't get the supplies I ordered. There were true U-Haul dealers with supplies close by but for some reason I couldn't get sent to a full service dealer. If the truck would not have been in the parking lot I would never have thought a U-Haul dealer would have been in that VERY small strip mall by any stretch of the imagination. Very poor service. Nice guy at the location. Just not a true U-Haul dealer especially in that huge market.
