I go to this location a lot - about once a month and it keeps getting worse and worse. This time I chose an after-hours pick up so I wouldn't have to deal with the slow and oblivious staff. When I started to check in - I couldn't find the correct Van - I switched vans and finally got to the lock box. IT WAS THE WRONG KEY! They had swapped the keys in the system. I took the ven because I had reserved it. I returned it the next day during business hours - two hours before my return time. The next day I got a receipt saying I had kept the original van an extra day - the van I didn't rent! I have called the location many times - most of the time I get forwarded to a call center that says they can't do anything and I have to contact the location (they are forwarding their calls) I got through once and the employee didn't respond to questions - I had to ask multiple times if he was still there or if the call had been dropped. I finally got him to say they would "check the cameras and call me back in a few minutes" It has been 5 hours - I keep calling back - and I keep getting forwarded to a call center. I waited to submit this review in hopes they would fix the issue - they haven't - it just keeps getting worse.

No substance of who can help with any truck questions outside of cashiers. Slow moving employees. One person who was on-site in uniform walking around, upon being asked a simple question just responded - "I can't help, I'm on lunch break." A lot of frustrated customers just waiting around. The only helpful employee was in the early morning, very friendly and eager to help.

I feel at times there's not enough people working outside or someone that could answer your questions before standing in a long line for 30 minutes and find out what you need is not available or the person you speak with can't answer your question and they tell you to come back when the individual that knows is working.

Ride attendant inside (Jesus Moreno), extremely slow - the policy in the mileage overage is misstated and misleading. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau and Yelp.

I tried to call in already to register a complaint, but the sales representative hung up on me. I was originally scheduled to drop off my truck at the 119 N. Fairfax location in LA. When I arrived there I went in to ask where I should park the truck. The folks there did not even ask for any info, just immediately told me they couldn’t take the truck and that I had to go somewhere else. No good reason or anything. I ended up at the Hollywood location, which is not close to where I live. The Hollywood location was fine, but I’m incredibly disappointed and frustrated. I expect better service after paying so much for the truck and to rent equipment. I hope that you will remedy this situation.

It would be nice if there were more employees on hand to help as the lines were a bit long. I did encounter a problem during my trip, but the staff was super helpful and helped to remedy the situation quickly.

Huge line when I got here. There seemed to be no sense of urgency whatsoever here and it took forever to get a stupid trailer attached to my suv and paperwork done. Had to wait once to check in, then again after waiting by my car to meet the guy, then in line all over again, then again after paperwork is done. You guys have a major efficiency problem. Also I filled out all my check in paperwork. Before I could finish it I had to read a bunch of warnings about towing a trailer. After clicking that link I lost all the info I had put in. Huge waste of time. Also when I called to make reservation, you guys asked for all my info including credit card. Why did I have to do it a second time when I got to the store? You guys are amateurs and don’t know what you’re doing. You should hire a CEO of a tech company to run your company. The only reason you are still in business is because you basically have a monopoly. $200 to rent your smallest trailer for one day from LA to Vegas? You’re out of control. Maybe if the service wasn’t so horrible.

Actually, I ordered a dolly and they forgot to supply it but the storage location had them for free, so it was ok for me but it could have been a trip. Oh yeah, and a woman called to tell me I was, "late for ny registration so it was cancelled" I wasn't late and had already rented the truck. so, that ... ?

Long line. Did check in express and was charged then cashier wanted to charge me again. The system has an issue and literally took over an hour to pick up my reserved u-haul even with express check in! I literally feel I was doing the work. Just horrible. Never using U-Haul again.
