The steering wheel was alarming. To drive straight the wheel had to be side ways (the logo was literally sideways) and that was very concerning.

We have videos for proof. Employee at location was very kind and fast but said they would tell management and wouldn’t do anything else about it. I need customer service to contact me in regards to this, that was unacceptable to pay for a truck dirty in those conditions where we sat and drove
