The manager / owner who is a Middle Aged Caucasian man was extremely rude. He made me wonder if I was walking into a DPS office by asking how long I had kept the Washington driver license while living in Texas. I politely asked him if he was going to allow me to rent or not. He is extremely rude and disrespectful. He is required to ask for. Government issues ID and should not be concerned about my stay in Texas even though I am a repeat customer. These are the kind of people who give UHaul a bad reputation I was also late returning the truck due to unavoidable circumstances and he charges me for 2 days instead of just the extra 2 hours? That is totally unacceptable. That is not how you do business. The front office smells like a tobacco plantation even with my mask on.
Guy running this place is a condescending pr!ck. Didn't need to be that way and started from the moment I walked in. If I didn't have my daughter waiting on me to help her college move, I would have walked out. I'll drive a little farther for better service next time.
The attendant was courteous, prompt, and informative. I appreciate the courtesy call he made to remind me of my appointment. I was able to pick up the truck in a timely manner and kept me informed of my responsibility during my rental period.
We were not advised that this location doesn't rent the trucks for more than 6 hrs. We had to rush our moving time because of that. Other than we had a good experience
Right down the street from us so very convenient! Easy all around.
The man running the shop was very rude and unpleasant to work with. Also I rented a U-haul reservation for 8 hours as that was how long I needed to move all of my things but then when I showed up to pick up the truck they told me that I could only have it for 4 hours or else they were going to charge me for another day. This completely ruined my moving experience as I then had to return the truck halfway through the moving process and had to take the rest of my items in the back of my car over several trips instead of just one more trip in the truck as I had planned. If I'm paying by the day and mile for the truck and reserved it over a week in advance I shouldn't be told the day of that my reservation can't be accommodated. If I was moving any farther away than I was I would have had to just cancel my reservation as I would not have had time to load the truck, travel to my next location, unload the truck, and bring it back in the short 4 hour time frame.
Customer service was not the best . Go figure .

The representative was rude and unnecessarily confrontational. Really, really poor customer service. In fact, it was customer disservice. He could have been completely disengaged and the experience would have been much better.
They were rude. They charge me for a full day even though I only got the U-Haul for five hours. They were mad because they asked to bring it back within four hours which is unheard of but then when I couldn't they got mad on the phone. Just the worst experience with U-Haul I've ever had
James does an outstanding job renting Uhauls and is always available to assist (even if he's off work).
The person in there is not friendly at all. I will choose other place next time.

They provided great service. Online Central reservations was not good, reservation never made it to this location.
Truck odometer was broken. Owner tried to charge me for 220 miles when only drove 25 miles. Luckily it was resolved. I'll never go back to that location. Dude seemed prejudice and I didn't like the vibe he was giving. I almost punched him in the face.
It took a while there was the AFM there to assist I thought the guy should have had on a mask since you require your customers to wear one
The guy at the counter ( I think his name was George) literally harassed me and made me go through so much trouble. I booked the truck a day before and the moment I went there for pick up, he said that he didn't have any truck and then After sometime he said that he had one, but it's mechanically down. I had to request him over and again. And then he started calling several places for a truck, which didn't work. After some time he gave me the same truck, which was mechanically down five minutes ago ( He lied at first). He also caused trouble with my license. I had moved to Texas from Washington DC one and a half month before. According to TxDPS, an outsider can drive with his old license no more than 90 days. He made a rule right there in his counter trying to teach me that it works for 30 days, for which he couldn't show any legal documentation. Lastly, I had booked the truck for six hours from the website. He didn't let me have it for more than four hours. I kept requesting that I really needed it as it wouldn't be possible for me to move everything in four hours. But he just didn't care. I was afraid that he might not give the truck to me at all if I kept requesting and so I just had to stop and take it for four hours. I would request Uhaul to look into the matter. Customers come here out of their necessities and they should be helped not TROUBLED.
Pick up location was changed the days after having to drive 15 extra miles. I was charged for extra miles. Equiptment rented was not in the truck
Discount mini was very friendly and professional.
The pick up experience was awkward with the app. Would've been nice to have received an email prior explaining the process, the app is not very user friendly and was very buggy.
I left a message at 832 730 1096 (phone number listed in Uhaul contact location info) stating I was arriving at 1 pm, instead of 11 am. The pick-up location person did not receive it. Please update the contact information from the pick-up location on your website.
Im just highly upset!! I wouldn't have to go to this location if my original truck wasn't given away at the location set it for!! I will not use this company in the near future I could have hired a moving company
The staff was accommodating and helpful in having my truck ready to go and we completed a walk-around inspection. The fuel was 1/2 full and noted as such. Entry to the facility was a little difficult to find due to the small and shallow parking lot.
Employee needs to make sure that everything has been closed out prior to letting the customer go.
