Location doesn't check in trucks on time when returned, I'm glad I take pictures of proof because if not I would have been charged a gas fee that was incorrect in the system from a previous renter.
Latrisha B.On the 31st of October I picked up the truck for 3 hours (used for a mile)at SW Beltway 8 by W Belfort. A deposit of $100 was taken from my account. On agreement that I can drop off at any uhaul branch closer to my residence. At 6pm same day I dropped it off. Took pictures of mileage and gas and drop offs place. And left the keys in a hole at the Westheimer Neighborhood branch because I couldn't find the website drop off. I noticed $52 was pulled from my account as paid the next day. Same day Nov.1st I called and a man described the 50 footer uhaul and told me not to worry. That it has been recorded in their system. Yesterday I noticed I was billed $371 why?? I need my $269 asap please. My account is currently minus $178. Please treat my concern with urgency.
Margaret U.Rented uhaul that broke on me twice which made my move very difficult, hired movers that I had to pay additional money for due to truck being broke down. Came out of pocket with more money then I planned on. Basically paid movers for hours and they didn't even lift a box due to uhaul breaking down. This has been truly frustrating. Haven't received compensation for anything really considering taking action. Only because I send emails reach out to customer multiple times and no one seems to care bout I hired movers and had to pay extra and call them back the next day to finish helping me move once I received an actual working truck. But I plan on moving forward with action cause I basically wasted so much money this is just unacceptable
