They gave me a U-Haul truck that wreaked of human urine then were not helpful at all once I brought it to their attention. They stated “I just had to clean it.”

Trishti GThe directions for where the key drop off incomparison to where the truck was dropped was extremely unclear. I called the 800 number twice before the second lady mentioned the name of the company other than Uhaul that was on the front of the building which is where I finally found the orange box. Very frustrating.
