The place is hard to find as it is a postal store in a strip mall. and the trailer was clean but: The tires were at 20PSI and 34PSI, and the trailer only had 1 safety chain in it.Peter T.

I was to pick up my truck Monday p.m. and Uhaul's computer and phone system were down so the truck could not be rented. I had movers waiting that I had to pay but no truck. I was amazed that Uhaul doesn't have a back up plan when this happens. Very frustrating! It had nothing to do with the location of the rental, the owner was very helpful.johnny G.
The location is very dangerous considering oncoming traffics, the truck wasn't clean with unpleasant smell and too expensive for the condition as compared to other rentals.Sahr K.
Listen to the customer and provide better customer service. I said I did not want the insurance and I was still charged for it. When I returned the van, the guy did not want to give me an itemized receipt. He said it would be emailed but I tried telling him my email address was not taken, how about a printed receipt?He then seemed annoyed and did not wish to help me anymore. I eventually was able to get a receipt the following day and that's when I saw the additional charge. I will NEVER use this place again.nikeisha J.

The man at that location did not know what he was doing. 1st he couldnt get me in the system for my reservation. 2 he then needed the number of the trailer and asked if I could look for the trailer myself and bring him the number. Tried 3 times and then skipped me to help the person behind me. 4 Then I asked if there was a number I could call and he was able to help with that(at this point I had been at the store 45 minutes. 5 Once the person on the phone was able to help me, he was able to find my reservation and completed the transaction. 6 once I saw the details of the receipt I noticed that he charged me for the insurance that I did want or got asked for. I told him that I didn't want that and then he went on to say that I can cancel it later at the drop off location and claimed that people do that all the time. 7 once at the trailer he asked me and my brother in law to move the trailer ourselves. 8 while reviewing the size of the trailer, I told the man that we were going to need another one and he replied, â€œTake it where ever you want and change it there, I have other customers to take care of,â€and skipped the trailer audit. I typically don't take the time to write reviews, especially after all the complications of moving. This man was by far one the the rudest people I have ever had to deal with. I personally don't think he should be dealing with customers directly. He couldn't help me when needed, ask for me to do things that he should've done, lie to me, charged me for something I did not approve of and was completely rude to me and my brother in law.Eduardo S.

The truck is in need of an alignment. It was very hard to keep the truck straight. It felt like it wobbled side to side while driving especially on the highway. The steering wheel needs to be changed, the leather is peeling. It felt very gritty, and made my hands feel dirty. I didn't like the fact that I was expected to walk the dolly all the way to the back of the parking lot. I ended up loading the dolly in my personal vehicle and driving to the other end of the lot. The truck did not come with the stabilizer for the dolly(broken). So my husband drove with the dolly in our vehicle. The inside of the truck still had trash from a previous rental. I found the trash in the furniture pads bag in the back of the truck so I cleaned it out so that I didnt get charged for it. The sales rep did not walk me out to the truck and do a walk-around to access for damages before I left. My original reservation was changed to this location and they would not honor my online purchase for the furniture covers. I had to drive all the way back to the original store location to pick up the furniture covers. TOO much work for someone trying to move.Keiria M.

I MADE A RESERVATION 2 WEEKS AHEAD OF TIME, HOWEVER WHEN I ARRIVED TO PICK UP MY VEHICLE THEY SAID DIDN'T HAVE A RESERVATION FOR ME. I SHOWED THE CLERK MY RESERVATION NUMBER AND SHE STILL SAID THEY DIDN'T HAVE A RESERVATION MAYBE THEY SWITCHED TO ME TO ANOTHER LOCATION, SO SHE CALLED UHAUL WITH MY RESERVATION NUMBER AND LATER SAID THAT I NEED TO GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION TO PICKUP MY TRUCK. This location charges for services that was denied when i initially made the reservation online....I declined the safe move insurance but was automatically charged for it this location and i have read other bad reviews from other customers that said the samething was done to them....Also when i made my reservation it was made for 1 location and it was automatically switched to another location and no1 from uhaul called to inform me,and on top of that my reservation was for 9:30 am for 4 hours,and this location does not open till 10am and my rental time was changed from 4 hours to 3 hours and no could tell me whyDedrick J.
