I really need to speak with someone about being over charged for my truck rental , not being given a receipt detailing the charges, and the poor overall customer service at this location. I have been renting from Uhaul for my moves for over 30 years and never have I not recieved a reciept or had the charges not explained to me. And, I was blocked by one of the returned trucks and I had to beg the customer associate to move the truck so that I could leave.

Didn’t have a dolly

Nir LEverything was as it should be: The equipment was what I ordered, and the lady that helped me was extremely polite and knowledgeable. Please rephrase this question so it does not prompt people to say negative things.
rich hEverything went wrong at this Neighborhood dealer/Tax service place. The service was horrible and inadequate. The lady in charge did not know how to properly work the system and had to call her husband to ask many questions on what to do. I was not allowed to keep my rental truck overnight unless I came back the next day to make another contract. I returned the truck after an hour and 16 miles not being able to move anything. It took 30 minutes to "try" and close my contract out, which she could never do. Now three days later, I'm still dealing with U-haul customer service because this lady made it seem like my credit card declined and put me on some sort of promissory note to pay or be charged an extra $30. The next day I went to a real U-Haul dealership and rented a truck for overnight!
