I had difficulty with sharing my location...it turned out there was another privacy setting I had to change...if that info was included on the help page I wouldn't have had to call for help. It delayed my travel and loading of the truck. But still a positive experience.Maren S.

have a clean truck, gas tank at level it is required at return, truck is legal to be on the road, we had a light on rear bumper broken off, license plate, have well trained staff. it was not a pleasant experience.Jeanne H.

There were so many mistakes made by Uhaul when I was reserving it, from the date need to the # of miles needed, to the size, etc. I bet I spent over 1.5 hours on the phone over the course of a week trying to get what I needed. When we picked it up, it was all correct, but I'm sure it wouldn't have been had I not continued to check on it. The lady at the location I picked it up was helpful and kind, and none of the issues were her fault at all. Over all, the experience was a mess.Sue S.
