Location was polite. The trailer is old and tired. Wall securements not attached making for difficult load securement . One trailer leaf spring is compressed so the trailer sits at an angle. Lights worked and towed straight, but needs retired. U-Haul has made enough money off this rig. A shame to charge for insurance.Grant M.
easy in and out location. no issues dropping off after hours. The U-haul app / instructions were a little confusing as some sections suggested i needed to take / submit pictures but wasn't clear what was needed or how to execute. Ultimately i just parked in open spot , locked truck, and dropped keys in U-haul box . No issues.Mark L.

Don't make a customer go 48 Mi away to pick up a piece of equipment that he is scheduled to pick up only 12 miles away. When I advised the person that picked up the trailer I told there were four marker lights that weren't working he says he don't work on he don't fix them it wasn't his problemDONALD W.
At our return location uhaul agent took the keys and said receipt will be email asked if we had refueled gas to appropriate level (which it was). But 30 mins later I received an email stating I didn't refuel and charged me extra fuel Money. Very disappointed.Mandeep S.
I was provided a truck with balled tires, brakes in need of service, wipers that barely pushed water and the doors had to be slammed to close. The truck had gotten stuck and I was given 0 instructions on the vehicle or any safety information and all of this is a major safety concern. I am requesting a refund.Adam Q.

I rented 6 pads, and they only gave me 5. When I brought it to his attention on return, he flat out ignored me, no response. When I asked "did you hear me", he said "yes" and nothing more. No acknowledgement, no apology, no comp, no nothing. Also called me at 8am asking when I planned to return because another customer was there and waiting for it when clearly I had rented it for 24 hours until 8:30am. Rude and horrible customer service.Steven W.

The man kept me waiting for more than n hour. On his return, he was so rude when I complained about missing other appointments. He didn't not explain any terms of the rental to me, he also gave me a small sized dolly whereas I ordered the bigger one. The experience was so awful.Irene M.
This is for the uHaul application when picking up after hours. uHaul is never able to find my location- even though I have all of my services turned on. It adds quite a delay when picking up the vehicle.Matthew K.
