I was scheduled to pick up my truck and I received an email stating they didn't have it and I need to go to another location to pick up. Very frustrating since I rejected that location once before when I received a call to change location with 30 free miles, it would have taken 25 extra minutes to go to that location and more than the free 30 miles.

Tara FThe attendees at the Chevron location need to be aware of the process with the whole rental process and lock. So if needing assistance, they can be helpful. Neither one had a clue about the whole lock process, and were not helpful at all. And the location the vehicle is parked needs to be in a well lit area for proper inspection. And i also wish the approval process went a little faster or is completed beforehand, because as a woman doing this at night at a gas station is a little scary. But overall, I loved the process, makes it easier and less of a hassle
