Not ready. Didn't recognize that I did contactless pickup. Made me do everything again. Was rude and didn't do a check around the vehicle with me or sanitize it before I took it. We're in a middle of global pandemic, and I honestly thought that you all would take that into consideration being that DMV's are closed across the nation. My purse was stolen out of my car and my drivers license was in it. I have not been able to get a replacement because of COVID-19. Not only was my customer ID number, a photocopy of my Drivers license AND my physical passport not enough, it took them 1 1/2 hours to figure out what I needed to do to leave with a truck. I had to call my sister so she could use her Driver's License, she came in 10 minutes. Your service reps took up the other 1 hr and 20 mins. & on top of that, she had to drive the truck to Richmond and then I had to take her back to Maryland. Which is 1hr and 45 mins one way. I am extremely upset. This has been the worst moving experience ever, when this process is already stressful enough! The representatives were very nice people, but the service was horrible.michelle G.

Complete chaos at pickup. Folks working there couldn't work computer well or explain what I needed. Computer was slow to begin with then all the info about insurance and drop off location was not able to be accessed and we had to do it all over again. Line grew as they couldn't get things done. People were frustrated behind me and some interatctions I overheard between the owners and the customers were inappropriate. I will NEVER use this location againElaine S.
The worst ever experience I had in my life. I took the U-hall at 7pm and dropped it around 5pm the next day whereas I was charged for an entire extra day without any reason. The agents in MD told me to drop it around 7pm so it will be considered 24 hrs, but how come I was forced to pay for 48 hours. It's a rip-off I don't recommend these offices to anyone. I hope the higher management finds out and pay my money back. ThanksMohammad S.
