Self checkin was not working when I brought the truck back. However, the gal who was onsite was great and got the process handled for me. She was friendly and helpful. Excellent service!
Jade BI reserved a location that is close to my house 4 weeks prior to rental date. That location 1545 W. Broadway St, didn't have the truck size I reserved. I was given another location and had to take an Uber to pick up the truck. This is very poor system. I expect to receive the truck I rented at the location I picked, if its not available it should not have let me rent the truck.
FRANK BI didn’t like the fact that I had to bring it back 6 hours to where I got it instead of where I was at it was vary inconvenient and if I wanted to I had to pay 400+ More to drop it off in a different location when it didn’t give me the choice in the first place to pick a drop off location. Other then that the lady was vary nice and the place was good as well just wasn’t happy about that
JONATHAN TThis location failed to have the equipment ready for use. The trailer was missing an electrical harness extension. I had to pull the trailer (illegally) to another U-Haul location to get the problem resolved.
