U-Haul manager was very pleasant but could have provided more information verbally about taking photos of truck and dashboard to verify its condition and mileage before using!

Lady was real nice tow dollie needed strap retainers needed lube real dry hard to pull out cables had fried on ends very sharp cut hand on end of cables but employe was very nice and knew the paper work.out in country probley hard to get somebody to do work on equipment.
Thomas MTake a few minutes with the renter to explain the various nuances of operating the truck. Take them out for a Training drive. The 27 foot truck is not for everyone. I’m sure you’ve had some accidents just because the driver wasn’t properly trained. THIS IIS A HUGE LIABILITY ISSUE!!
