I had planned on return on Sunday, but I finished by Saturday afternoon and wanted to return in person to one of the open locations very close by. I called both a both refused to take the truck. So I tried to return on the website and could not get it to recognize my phones location. After three attempts I tried to contact by phone, but was forced to do a chat with your Computer which was more frustrating. Then I was finally giving the opportunity to call. With that person’s help we tried it on my wife’s newer phone and it recognized the location and we were able to get it done. The person was very helpful. But still a very frustrating experience at the end of the process.

SCOTT RThey asked me to put my keys in a lock box, but did not give a lock box combination. There was nobody there (I was returning after hours), so I had to call the UHaul line and leave my keys in a nearby building.
