My reservation was confirmed to pick up 15' truck on 1233 W 18th street, Indianapolis at 10 am on 7/27/2023. However, when I showed up at the facility, I was told there is no truck available. I was shocked and angry. You guys should inform me before I arrived. Your reliability is totally unacceptable.

The return place, C&W were supposed to be there until 4:00, and we got there before our return time at 2:45 and no one was there. We are not overly tech savvy so we had to navigate your site and we called the Noblesville branch where we rented the truck from to ask questions and they were helpful there.
