As noted above, this was the location I was told to drop off at, but that was not what was in the records online, so the staff could not immediately process my return. They assured me they could straighten it out so I would not have to drive in heavy snow to the other location. Great - except I had to wait there over 45 minutes for them to do that, while snow fell and the roads kept getting worse. They should have taken the mileage and gas level and let me go on my way. They didn't need me at all for all the phoning it took to get the error corrected.

EDDIE HFirst of all they need to make sure their brakes work good and if they don't give a truck that bounces around everywhere my daughter had two TVs messed up in there because the truck just bounced everywhere. And we've rented a 26-ft U-Haul before and never had no issue
