That truck needs to be SERVICED. Seems like the transmission is slipping and the back ends swings even w/o load on it. HORRIBLE experience in that truck!!!
The gentleman that checked me out did not check me is fishy hit at once you make it out and I got in and when I drove 2.2 miles I called and told him that the paper was not correct with the mileage he told me there's nothing that he could do and then I would have to take it up with the manager I drove I estimate of 11.7 miles Apple leave the malice that he put on the paper was incorrect and he was very rude and I always come to this location I rented a U-Haul four times last month this is unacceptable I will be calling later on today to go over my bill to make sure everything is correct
I had reserved several dollys and blankets. When it was time for pickup, they didn't have any. The lady working called nearby stores. I ended up driving to W. Washington and Lynhurst to rent a dolly and blankets. When I picked up the dolly, it squeaked so terribly that we couldn't use it.
Friendly and helpful service representatives really made the rental an easy and enjoyable experience.
The sole staffer at this location, Stony, was thoroughly overwhelmed with returns and rentals and said that it had been this way from 9:00am that morning...7.5 hrs earlier. One staffer at a location this busy is ridiculous.
Some of the help's kinda surly. They need to put a humorous bend on it to make it more fun for the customer. A "Service with a snarl" sign would help. Lol!
The young lady that help me wAs awesome!She has been there for 2 years.She is a great representative.
When I walked in to the location they did not greet or acknowledge me. When I got the truck was on empty. However I was charged for a quarter of the tank.
Wasnt given the right trailer and when it was dropped off at another location they were rude and would not accept. I had to inside and explain to them that I was given the wrong receipt with the wrong information on it. It was not my name or my address from where I was coming from and they were very adamant that I could not drop off the trailer at the Nashville location. Quite disappointed on how it was handled on the Nashville locations part.
The van was filthy inside and out which led me to believe that the steering wheel and other surfaces were not wiped down. Your employee did not wear a mask when checking me out.
It was very clear that the employees cared very little about their jobs or they were having a horrible day. This was my first time renting a u-haul, and they barely said a thing to me as they checked me in. They handed me the keys and just pointed me in the direction of the truck. I had to ask them where the trailer was. I was not given any information on how to load and tow my vehicle. I had to go back inside to ask if there was some sort of inspection of the truck that I needed to do before I left. I understand if the employees were just having a really bad day, but if this is the normal customer service, it needs to be improved. I would encourage anyone in Indy to use a different u-haul location or a different service.

Everything was great. Our truck wasn't ready so I had to go in. The guy who helped was awesome. He was very respectful and his customer service was through the roof.

the tire straps for the car tow dolly were tied in knots. I did online checkin and a few hours later someone called me from this location asking if I was going to pick up my tow dolly. I told them I did already and they hung up on me.
Better costumer service
Be sure that whatever the customer has ordered actually is available. We were supposed to have 10 moving blankets and a hand truck and only the hand truck was on the truck even though the employee at the U Haul desk assured us that everything was in the truck. We were charged for the blankets despite requesting twice that we be credited and the employee assuring us that we were credited. We were not.

I wasn't notified of changes made to my pickup/dropoff location and I arrived at my pickup location just to be told that they didn't have anything for me. The location was locked so I had to wait outside and knock on the door a few times. When we got in, none of the employees had a mask on. I was told that they didn't have a truck for me and that I didn't have any reservations so I had to get on a call with a representative. The rep was able to move around the schedules so I didn't have to go to another location 30 mins away and back. The return procedure was very confusing since I wasn't given any paperwork or confirmation of receipt in person. I drove in and someone walked up and started looking inside the truck and said I was good to go. I walked away without knowing how much I was paying. I saw the bill come in later and it was higher than what I had gotten on paper the day before when I picked up the truck that said I would pay $53 or something like that. What really bothered me was that no one wore a mask even though it is mandated.
Had problem with your online check-in for returning the truck ... it didn't work! So I dropped keys in drop-box and hoped for the best. Called next morning and all was well.
Make sure you have workers who are more friendly, understanding and wearing masks when working with customers.
