The friendly lady whom from I had rented the truck from was so helpful and straighforward, she reminded me upon return always put the gas back and make sure truck was cleaned out to avoid unecessary charges. I will send all my friends and family there.

Would prefer not being charged an additional $50 simply because there was a little bit of flour on the floor in the truck...It was returned a day early with more gas in it than we got it with. A tiny bit of flour on the truck floor is in no way worth $50. Ridiculous...

MY friend had forgotten her Id in the truck and the gentleman walked us out and opened the back and front for us he found her Id and she was so happy, very nice folks there great service, I will recommend to anyone I know to rent trucks or use the Emover service those guys are really great!!

This was a terrible moving experience. I was quoted at $550, but at the store the price suddenly, without discussion was changed to $674. My total bill for the truck was changed to $786. Adding $200 was an unexpected stress. Second, it took 30+ minutes to run my credit card because the woman at the store didn’t know what she was doing. Finally, my stuff didn’t fit in the truck so we had to rent a ubox at the last minute which doubled the cost of my move. This was the most stressful and expensive move I have ever had. Absolutely terrible.

Needs better customer service. The guy literally handed us the keys and didn’t tell us which truck. So we were walking through a lot full of U-Haul trucks putting the key in each one hoping it will unlock. Very poor customer service.
