This was an average experience. This location was pretty busy and only 1 worker was at the desk while 8 to 10 customers were in line. When receiving my bill for truck rental it looked like my mileage was doubled so I was overcharged and still trying to receive a refund. The truck was clean and drove well.

I ordered the rental over the phone. I specified the location of drop off location (Postal Annex at 116th St., Fishers, IN) closest to my home. I also specified to the attendant of the pick up location where I was dropping off the truck (although his system didn't allow him to specify). When I arrived at the location of my specified drop off, the employee asked me to take the truck to another location (as though he didn't want to deal with having a truck there) and assured me that there would be a person to assist me at the alternate location be (7027 E 86th St) because I wanted to complain about this inconvenience. Nobody was at this location. This was a very frustrating experience considering that I just filled up the tank of gas and jeopardizing further driving. But it was most frustrating because it was NOT where I booked my reservations and it added a 30 minute of inconvenience for me during my move. I would like to be compensated for this!
Customer experience was horrible - I don't think any of your employees wanted to work there. There was no appreciation or positivity with them - they were very disinterested other than conducting a transaction. In fact, that's why I decided not to rent again this weekend for my move. Also, when checking back in, I wasn't sure how you would handle this given the COVID situation. My nephew had just called me to tell me my brother was getting a cardiac scan just as I was dropping off the return for the truck. After spending a couple minutes on the phone getting his medical update, I asked the lady cleaning the van in front of me what I needed to do to return the truck and complete the process. She said, VERY RUDELY: "Are you done talking on the phone? Cause I don't talk to people who are talking to someone on the phone". I understand her perspective, but there's a way to say this that isn't rude. And, by the way, she had no idea what I had just been given - my brother was having emergency cardiac catheterization. So maybe some training or coaching of the employees at this site would make them more aware. I doubt they care - they sure didn't on Sunday. But at least I have other truck rental companies I can go to, and it won't be U-Haul. Oh, and that tow bar I was going to get put on my new SUV - not there. Even though that's where I got the one on the previous car. I'm done with U-Haul! There's just no reason for a customer to be treated this poorly. However, that's a management issue that needs to be addressed as well.

The check out online was over the top!!! Too many photos. Too much! I will rent a truck from Enterprise next time. Cheaper and much more customer friendly. Checkout and F rating. A nightmare!

Employees should be friendlier BUT with what is going on in the World I give it a pass. Also rubber strapping around windshield came off and had to stop by a convenient store and buy tape to hold it down. Also flat tire
Returning the track was a nightmare there was a line of trucks all the way to the road and not a worker in sight. Decided to do the online return and an employee got got for doing that! Terrible experience !!
The attendants phone was not connecting and could not check in the appliance dolly that I rented. She asked if an email receipt was ok.
They were super quick, and made the moving process really easy. Also respectful and gave great service before and during the move. Thanks again
Rented pick up truck for one day, Debra told me what rate was 19.95 day plus mileage, we estimated 210 mi, agreed on price 140.00, but then I extended the for another day , I thought it was 19.95, I knew I needed to pay for another 100 mi, but in stead of 19.95, they charged me a 108.00 for extra day and 100 miles, about 50.00 more than expected, very displeased ! Attendant on return wasn"t much help and didn't really care....
Everything was great: the staff was very polite and professional, the equipment was well maintained and ready for me in time, and the check-in & check-out process were quick and easy.

I was originally supposed to pick up a truck at a different location at 10:00 AM. However, the person that rented the truck the day before did not return in time. I did not receive this phone call explaining this problem until 10 AM and I needed to pick up the new truck at a location that was farther away. That, in and of itâ€™s self, was not the main problem. Once I got to the 86th St. location, I had to wait 30 minutes before my information could be processed. Luckily, I had planned plenty of time between when I picked up the truck and delivered it. Lastly, they were also marks And a dent on the outside of the vehicle that I had to take the time to photograph and explain before I could leave the premises with the truck that I had just picked up.
I always use this store, always a positive experience!
They are a great help and gave me a hint as to how to better use my hitch combination.
