Rude customer service. Also, did not answer the phone during business hours with 3 people readily available there on a Sunday.
Our customer we service representative was extremely rude! Rude during check in and while booking up our rental. It was such a turn off that I will never come to this uhaul location again.
I will definitely recommend this location to friends and family members.
Everything worked and acted as expected, no problems with the site or the equipment.
Tried the mobile app for the first time and I found it to be clunky and time consuming. I did get signed up through it eventually and then, when we got ready to leave, noticed one of the tires was flat. So unfortunately I had to go inside anyway to get set up with a new vehicle. Turned out ok but the beginning was challenging.
Do not use the U-Haul Truck share app. The first truck it assigned me wasn't there, the second truck was and I went through the process of pictures of damage, then the app asked me to get get the keys and it changed the truck number to one that I had not taken pictures off. Terrible app. Worked with the team inside to get my truck and it was flawless.
The system was down for planned maintenance. No one knew how long it would be or even acted like they cared. I had to keep retrying via my cell phone until it worked, which made me lose 30min of the time I paid for.
The equipment leaked on my boxes, the staff was untrained...telling lies, then quitting the same day and overall it cost me extra money. I am process of filing a claim once I get through all the boxes with the extensive water damage.
I returned the truck with the exact same fuel level I received it at slightly below 3/4 of a tank and you charged me almost $7.00 for fuel and showed it less than what was in the tank. I only drove 2mikes after fueling! I'll go to Penske for my trucks from now on! I've used your company for 30 years and never been ripped off til yesterday! GOOD BYE! DI NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
There was an empty beet can im my truck upon return. So that meant that the truck was not cleaned well before I received it

Customer service was great. I really appreciated the respectful and helpful attitude of the staff. The vehicle performed very well, but was very dirty, making it difficult to see through the windshield in the evening sun (the windshield washer and wipers couldn't remove all the grime).
The app didn't work and allow me to finish picking up the van, the seats were ripped, the visor broken, dents not marked with an 'x' and the drivers wiper not working and had to switch vehicles. Lost 1/2 hr of my time when picking up a box truck with my app should have been quick and painless. Guys are the desk seemed like I was bothering them when having to go in over 5 times...Been a customer for many years, but will now switch to another location.
Overall my experience was very good. The only thing that I would say is that the truck I picked up only had 1/4 tank of gas. I would prefer to pick up a truck with a full tank, or at least more than 1/4 tank so that I can get done what I need to do before having to stop for gas. Otherwise, it was a good experience. thank you.
Many problems with original truck. Had to take it back for another. The oil light was on, the suspension system was bad, the engine sounded terrible. I tried to turn off the lights and the entire light assembly fell into the dashboard. Corporate should retire the old junk. If I would have been moving furniture that night and been stranded somewhere, I would have been seriously angry. No equipment should ever go out that is not operating correctly or unsafe. Unacceptable. The personnel there rectified the situation quickly. But corporate is the ultimate judge as to what equipment should be kept or replaced
This was a perfect trip that started with reserving the pickup a few days ahead of time. My questions were answered to my understanding. Customer service was top notch! I was running late on the morning of pick up and I got a call asking if I still needed the truck and not assuming that i didn't need it! Dropping the truck back was quick and easy as well! Well done!!
This is the second time we have used the online pick up, and this is the second time the system gave us the wrong truck number. So after walking around the large parking lot in the freezing cold, I clicked on â€œcannot locate my truckâ€ and it gave me another number. The truck was parked all the way in the back. Then I find out I have to go all the way back up front & inside to get my key. What exactly is the point of the online pick up?????? My time is valuable and this is RIDICULOUS! Then the drop of is extremely confusing.
There was a black lady on my day of return who needs a little bit of Customer Service training. She was very rude. And this is coming from a fellow Black man. Very disappointed with her service and the way she spoke to me.
