I called when I arrived and let them know I was returning a trailer. They said "ok, just park it by the others". Two days later the trailer was still not checked in when I looked on-line. I then realized I had to do it on-line and be in the vicinity of the return location to do it. I tried calling the location multiple times and there was no answer. I had to drive back to the location in a blizzard and check the trailer in myself using the app. They should have provided much more guidance when I spoke to them during drop off.
