Area was in a rough unsafe part of town. I returned the trailer the morning of 1/13. This is at a gas station and only the manager was responsible for the U-Haul service. He wasn't there. Let the store clerk know I returned trailer and would be back the next day with the truck. Returned truck on 1/14 at 11am, manager not there again. Notified cashier it was returned and that U-Haul was aware of the accident but told me to let the drop off sight know. She said she'd let manager know. The confirmation came in that the truck and trailer were both returned on 1/14 at 3pm instead and didn't mention there had been an accident. Overall just a horrible experience

Monica J.After dropping off the uhaul in Lakewood, CO, we were told that the hookup wasn't done correctly and that someone was supposed to have been at our pickup to install the uhaul to our tow hitch. We only talked to the person at pick up over the phone. The man at the Lakewood uhaul said that that was a safety hazzard and he was glad we made it safely. That's scary and I would not recommend pick up from this location. How unprofessional and dangerous!
Anna V.Have your employees to confiim that the customer have returned the equipment, so they want be getting a call saying they haven't turned it in, and going to be charged for x amount of days when the equipment has been turned in. I received a call on a Friday when I turned the truck and car hauler in on a Tuesday.
