Tammy the general manager needs to smile and even when no customers are around....no one is in the office area....I have to go “hunting “....I have gotten late this time and last week and I drive almost 4 hours one way.....have to have hired helpers load and drive back almost 4 hours....last week she was too busy smelling the Krispy Kreme donuts someone brought her as I watched from inside wondering where employees were....does not know how to smile....she is like in “robot modeâ€.....need to wear a watch or something that notifies you that a customer/potential customer is in the building...both times we got a 26' foot truck and a car hauler was included last time....she acted like she was mad (not in a hurry at all) when I changed my mind about the appliance dolly....maybe needs a factory job on the line; sadly to say.....

While MARKO Rentals as a location has been great....and very professional. This is directed to UHAUL corporation....Please adjust the advertisement with the rate (daily / hourly or what? + .99 cent a mile with a BIG BOLD letter because the advertisement is misleading to say the least...

Had they told me there was a specific time to return moving pads we would made a big effort to get them back within the time constraint but they failed to do that and then charged me an additional days rental. I know times are hard for small businesses but is this really a good way to maintain a reputation?
