We had to drive 4 hours round trip to pick up vehicle because our pick up location changed 24hrs before. We actually had to drive up a mountain to get the trycj . It took over 1 hour to check out because the rate we reserved was not sticking when the guy tried to check out the vehicle to us! The rate went from 330$ to 800$ . He finally got the rate figured out.
