Practically had to have 4wheel drive just to get up the hill to get the trailer. Gentleman that checked me out was very kind, friendly and professional but had no knowledge of the insurance options or other questions I had. Very nice guy but didn't seem properly trained on all the details of the checkout process. I don't blame him at all.

The only issue I had with this location was that it was extremely confusing and difficult to find. Once I did the young men that received the U-Haul from me was exceptionally kind and friendly!
phyllis bThe location is off a major high way with 3 different buildings. The drop off is up a steep hill with little to no room for error. Plus the location is closed all weekend and I was not prepped on how to properly drop the key off in this scenario.
Logan BReservations was made on app and when I went to pick up it was $50 more than app but I had no choice because I had a schedule to keep. Never again will I use or recommend uhaul.
