To improve your service: hire good developers and QA team, because uhaul app has blowed my mind: UI/UX - zero, functionality-zero (I spent 15 minutes trying to check in online but it couldn't get location)

I've been a reliable customer at this location for several years now. I have no complaints with the location. They are courteous and helpful. However, this is the 2nd time in a month that U-Haul has kept me waiting for more than 45 minutes. The first was 3 weeks ago when "the system was down". And last week the agent couldn't release the truck because U-Haul had a hold on it ( they were supposed to automatically retrieve funds from my credit card but because of a "glitch", didn't and so thanks to U-Haul's "glitch", I was forced to wait (and wait and wait) on their line before they could straighten it out). I saw in their policy that if Uhaul cannot deliver when promised that there is some kind of $ compensation. I have received no such compensation.This, in addition to a 60 cents per mile raise in charges made for a really unpleasant experience. And if I may add, the unnecessary waste of time every week having to click unnecessary boxes to indicate, no, I don't want storage, and no, I don't want boxes or dollies, and no, I don't need help, and on and on is more of the U-haul systems inconsideration of a customer's time. If I get a personal response from U-Haul to this complaint, I'll then believe that you really care about improving for the next customer.
David Creduction on wait time and better pricing
Sharabh KAttendant was extremely grouchy and annoyed; we did not get our six moving blankets, which was more of an inconvenience than anything, as we were not charged.
Mickey wThey charged us for fuel even after we fueled it ourselves before returning. We fueled 2 gallons for 8 miles used and still got charged for fuel.
