Truck was parked in a random gas station next to a construction site and none of the requested accessory items were there. Tried to avoid this location, but they redirected my reservation to it right before pickup. I was forced to check it out with the app which required extra authentication and overall took nearly 30 minutes of phone calls and random pictures. I was not able to ask questions about the reservation as the people there ran the gas station. The attendants were friendly though just not associated to Uhaul at all.

Hard to find
Samuel SI rented a Van two weeks in advance. It was switched to a truck that I didn't want and they didn't honor my van pricing. The app pickup service was horrible. The pickup location was not well market.. it was a gas station with no Uhaul signs and the attending had no clue what was going on. The entire process was garbage. I won't rent again. By the way it rained on my way up and the window leaks in the truck
Jeff NHad a one way from Richmond VA and was told I could drop off in Manhattan. Then found out no and had to go an additional half hr and drop in New Jersey. Cost me 50 for an Uber home. Then I was charged for an additional day when i dropped off the second day and had one more to go! I am still waiting to have that charge reversed. I dropped on 8/3 and they didn’t check it in until the 6th. No one answers at their location and had to wait for call back from U-Haul 2 hrs. There is a complaint sent in to reverse the charges but I think I should get reimbursed for my Uber as well. Poor customer service.
Diane pThere was no sign in or checking of my ID at pick up. Anyone could have driven a truck away.
