I was there for 45 mins just to get a truck that I had reservations for then when I had put gas in it but it wasn't enough the guys said if he did it then it would be like 6 dollars come to find out it was almost 22 dollars . I don't think this place knows what they are doling I'll never rent a truck from them again.

I always use this location when dropping off or renting. They see you as you turn onto the lot one man comes out to direct you while another man begins your paperwork. The whole process takes a total of 5 minutes. Beyond excellent

Drop-off was difficult due to an ofter-hour return. We tried several techniques to have our return acknowledged. This procedure could/should be easier.

The problem is not the pick up and drop off facilities. The problem is your mobile system. It did not work. It was totally useless and a time waster. It does not work and the people working for you knows it is a problem. I spent 45 min. making reservation and then had to go through another bunch of crap when I pick up and drop off. Ridiculous!! Probably will look for another rental company in future

Great! Super quick and easy and very nice service. The only thing is no one was wearing masks, so that did make me a little uncomfortable considering the circumstances today. Other than that though, they were very helpful and nice!
