the associates & owner had a great attitude, but they could not tell me why a 1-way trip is almost triple the price, also he sold me a used ball hitch for the price of a new one, i believe that i was over charged because i was in desperate need of a trailer...

i returned the truck as i received it and the little girl behind the counter proceeded to tell me the back of the truck has some leaves a piece of paper in the back so im going to have to charge you $30 to have it cleaned... so i went back out and picked the 4 leaves and receipt from the rental out of the back and came back inside to show i picked it up... ( seriously $30 for 4 leaves and a piece of paper) WTF.... then she proceeds to tell me that the gas level is 1/56th off from where it was when i took it off the lot so thats a $28 gas fee... SERIOUSLY almost another $30 for $5 worth of missing gas... WOW!!!!! if your seriously going to nit pick for minor things that dont matter like a couple leaves and then try and charge OUTRAGEOUS fees you should not be renting trucks... you wasted my time and your own and just know i myself and everyone i know will never rent from your facility even again!!!

When I made the reservation I had asked for an appliance dolly, when I arrived at the location they did not have the dolly and it took 2 separate trips to 2 locations to get a dolly, I was delayed 2 hours and a major headache.

Reservation was changed 4x. I had movers waiting for me at my house and lost 150 bucks due to 24/7 truck share program fail to me. Iâ€™m not happy. Was on hold for over a hour with them and for them to be mean telling me there nothing they can do for me that I have to wait until 9am to get the keys. So from my 7am reservation I waited 2 hours for them to open. Very ignorant. Why have a 24/7 program and not work. Iâ€™m out money because of this and would not recommend to no one

Truck was beat to shit, rotars and breaks havenâ€™t been changed in years most likely. I drove 17.5 miles per my receipt. I didnt even haul anything, used it to pass a driving test. Some how I had to put 15$ in gas to get it back to where it was. No way I used that much gas. You guys owe me 8$ . I should get a credit next time I rent.

Make sure to tell them that u have to check the truck back in online if after hours so you don't get charged an extra fee.

local people were ok. the problem is your corporate office management and your computer system. i rented from you on the 3/4 of October and today is the 9th and your office is still hassling me for accounting mistakes they made in there calculation. they can't figure out how they over charged me sixty four dollars when i only owed them two dollars. i will never rent from u-haul again.

The store that rented the dolly I rented, was very kind and hospitable, the problem laid within your computer systems Apparently it gave them resistance to renting it to me while I was using a 2016 f150 with a class 5 hitch and I was simply towing a 2005 focus. It said it exceeded my tow capacity. Now my truck from the factory is rated for 12,500lbs with its stock configuration and higher with the modifications that I've done all approved by Ford. This problem with your system needs to be fixed. It caused the store to take nearly 45 mins away from other customers because your system was denying tow capacity. It would help your remote vendors out tremendously if you had a cohesive system that understands vehicle tow ratings and can expedite rentals.

We made a reservations two months in advance and Uhaul sent me 43 miles away to pickup a 5x8 trailer. I felt this was unacceptable. I called Uhaul for help and I felt Uhaul really didnâ€™t make the effort to find a closer location for us.

Make sure when they order blankets that the place your picking up at has blankets. That's my only complaint. I ordered a dozen moving blankets but the place does not carry them.

They sent me 1st to 20555 SE frontage Rd where there was no one there and the fence's were tore down and everything was busted up. I drove around for 2 days and spent over 6 hrs trying to drop this off. You all ruined my vacation with my grandkids. Uhaul needs to check there drop off locations. If I just dropped it off someone could have stole it then I would have been responsible for it. This is wrong and I will not rent from them again if I'm going out of town.

your online pick was terrible. due to some confusion as to what picture was wanted, I was over 1 and half hours late in getting my truck. I was on hold over 56 minutes waiting for some one from thst department to pick up. The rental agent arrived and we ha yo redo the complete process. They were very hood but I still had people waiting over an hour at my house waiting to help me move. Very stressfull

Our pick up location was moved twice because the preferred location di not have our requested truck size, and the second location did not open in time for our scheduled pick up. When we arrived at our 3rd location, they told us they don't carry furniture pads even though we had a confirmed order for 1 dozen furniture pads. We drove out of our way to our original location to find out they don't carry any furniture pads either. In fact he said no U-Haul location in Joliet, IL area carries any furniture pads, and all these location employees did so with a "that's not my problem attitude". What's the point of being a Moving Truck Rental Company if no one can provide you with moving accessories like pads? Very frustrating and time consuming experience!
