The people were excellent, but the truck I used definitely needs to be serviced. The engine light came on shortly after leaving and it drove pretty terribly. The engine bogged down when slowing down and the suspension was rattling all over. It got the job done, but the truck has been rode hard and put away wet. I rate the vehicle 3/10, but the people were 10/10.

We originally reserved our trailer for 10am at a location in San Antonio. When we arrived, the trailer was not there and we had to call to find another location. The selected location was 45 minutes away, delaying our day significantly. The dollys that we had requested were not available.
Chari M.No where to put the key as it was a weekend drop off. Looked them up on Facebook and contacted them. They did get back with me quickly but I had to make an extra trip there to drop key off as the outside key box did not work. It had numbers on it but would not open.
