Realizing we rented the trailer on short notice, we were originally told to pick it up at this location. However, the next morning the location had changed via a text on my phone. We went to the location at Ace Hardware in Manhattan, Ks. , showed them the text, and they started looking on their computer. A gentleman named Lem was very helpful but had to ask for assistance and when they looked at it said we needed to pick the trailer up at the above location. When I asked about the updated text, I was was told by the person who assisted Lem that the problem is U-Hauls system and this happens frequently. We then drove to Junction City, Ks., picked up the trailer and were treated very nicely.
