Unprepared for my reservation. Did not have furniture pads in stock, requiring me to drive to another location to get, delaying my load crew from beginning on time, which cost me an additional hour of their service unnecessarily.

Everything was perfect. The person that helped me was very kind and helpful. I’ve always rented trucks from Uhaul and it’s always been a good experience.
rob mWe only used the drop off service at the Kansas City location, as they were already closed. We did not go inside or interact with personnel there, because we have to choose yes or no for those questions I chose yes. The drop off process was easy to use, and a confirmation email was sent confirming that the return had been completed.
